Cranberry Sauce of DOOM!
That red,sloppy blood of a poor innocent berry
A strange old goop that humans crave
When Thanksgiving comes around
They bring that berry to its grave.

Okay, so not pleasant as you can see...this is only one out of like a million reasons why NOBODY should eat cranberry sauce...cranberry juice is okay though. XD

Saturday Morn: My Poem

Here's a poem I made up in school:
Saturday Morn'
You wake up to a silent room in a silent house
At 8 or 9 AM in the morning
The family
Is still sleeping...
Only on weekends are you considered
The "early bird."
The first thing you do
Is turn on your CD player
And play some nice, soothing music that won't wake anyone up.
There's no way you're getting out of those
Warm, fuzzy pajamas,
Or opening your blinds
To piercing rays of light.
You sit in that old computer chair
And slide its squeaky wheels towards the computer,
Where your friends are waiting for you
And the internet yearns for you
To surf its waves.
It's just you,
Alone,
As quiet as can be
Until the family wakes up
To the same morning light.
